Das Buch schildert viele in der Realität oft vorkommende Probleme im Bereich Verkaufsorganisation. Es wird sehr gut beschrieben, wie Verkaufsabteilungen ausgelegt werden sollen und vor allem, woher die Informationen für eine optimale Auslegung kommen könnten.
